Hello, just wondering if the cosplay costume comes with the leather waist skirt. I was just trying to make sure or not.

Hello, i was just wondering if you could in any possible way add a leather strap at the botton attached to the two that are there to add to the belts? If that is in any way possible pleaae let me know. I just wanted to know before i made a ticket, Sincerely Jessica
