Hi if I order this today could I get it by Halloween? I love this costume a lot but my primary reason is to wear it on Halloween.

I did notice in the description that it says the colors may be different than in the image. That is my primary concern with this cosplay. It's a hefty price to pay especially since I can't cancel an order if I place one. But I noticed that in the picture provided, the hot pink part of her dress (which rims along the bottom of the skirt, as well as being the colors of her panniers) is identical to the lighter pink part of the rest of the dress is there any possible way that the dress can be made with the hot pink instead of all one color? Because it seems like it blends together, and it's hard to tell they're even there. Also in the image it looks as if her broach is off center (though I could be wrong, I'm just curious.)
