What is the return policy?

Since we will only start making costumes after received orders & full payments, and we don't sell second-hand costumes, so we don't accept return for exchange or refund is we made the costume size as customer ordered, hope you can understand. (n__n)

Q: Returns & Refunds.

A: We only accept refunds for accessories and wigs, costumes are unable to be returned and exchanged. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving orders. We will offer 100% refund only of products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
We don't accept refunds for customize costume, our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Hey i just ordered and recived this hoodie, and thought i'd point out that the hoodie is supposed to have the 3 white dots on the outside of the hood on both sides of the hood, same with the 3 black dots on the inside ^^
