Hello Jess, the cape is sewn with the top so it is attached with the top.:)

hi, i want to know how long it would take to ship this item to australia? i am needing it by 25th may and cannot be any later than that day. i want to know if it will make it here by this date before i make my order this wednesday. thank you.
