Hello Zec, yes, these are artificial leather shoes, so you can wear them as normal.  (n__n)

Yes, they do. It's US 7.5 shoes :3 I'm just not sure about ordering shoes here works.

Hello Nikki, shoes size in US 7.5 and for female, the length of your foot is about 24.5cm, you can choose the size M (25cm); fro male, the length of the foot is about 25.5cm, then you can choose the size L (26cm).   These are suggestions, you can measure you foot length and choose a suitable size.
