How long will it take to ship to Australia? As the events on the 18th March would it be ready in time?

**if you order standard size now (about 4 weeks making costume time), plus 3 weeks Chinese New Year holidays, and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around late March or end of March.

Hello. Is this costume a dress or a top and skirt? Because i've seen on some other sites that they use a top and skirt instead of a one piece dress. How do you guys make this costume?
