Hello RayLucifer, yes, this polyester costume includes the shirt, pants, coat, gloves, and shackle, just same as our product photos shown. (n__n)

If I were to order this tomorrow, do you think it would be here before the 23rd? I totally didn't research this till now...... 0_o

Hello Asmod3eus, we are sorry the time is too tight. It is unable to reach you before 23rd July if you order it now.

If you order standard size now (about 3-4 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around early August or mid-August.
