Just received my order! It fits great and the costume is very lovely quality. It is a little heavy as i am only 5 feet tall, but its still very easy to wear. My only complaint is that i didn't get the neck choker as promised in the description. As I ordered the dress to cosplay as C2 im slightly disappointed that i didn't get the choker.

Hi! I was wondering, on your size chart, are those the measurements of the dress itself when made to the size or are those the recommended measurements for each size?
