Hello there. Is the dress black/ dark blue? If so, are you able to get it as close to the dark purple kind of material? Would it cost a bit more? Thanks.

If I order this costume for comission, in female size: Chest: 41,5 inches Waist:35,5 inches Hip:41,5 inches Shoulder:16,5 inches Heigth:66 inches Wight: 176 lbs and the real dark blue colours and a bigger bow on the back, how much would that cost me?(With shipping and all)
