I was wondering if there is a return policy if there is a problem with the costume, and also if you can send a sample picture

Hello Alex, the actual costume is just same as the photo shown, we took our product photos in our office directly, as you can see our orange "CosplayFU" label on the model's neck.

Since we will only start making costumes after received orders & full payments, so, if we made the costume size as customer ordered, we will not able to accept return and exchange for another costume size.

Hello Melissa, yes, we can tailor make the size for you. Please choose any standard size, and write down the custom size measurements (shoulder width, chest, waist, hip, outside leg, height, weight; in cm & kg) in remark box in order form. n_n
