I was wondering if it were possible to get a customized size of the shoes? Your smallest size for women is 24 cm, but I need a size 22 cm. And if it's possible to order the custom size, how would I order the shoes in a custom size?

I will be attending a convention August 28th this month, would I be able to receive the shoes before then?
