How long on average does it take to make this costume for your team? Also, when will I get billed right away or at the time of shipping? My time constraint for the costume is to be in Massachusetts, USA before March 21st, 2014.

shipping time) worldwide. So, it will take 40-55 days for package to deliver you by free shipping.
You can also pay extra shipping cost and upgrade to a faster shipping method. such as UPS, it will take 4-6 days
arrive your there. it will take 24-31 days for package to deliver you by UPS. n_n
