Hello, I am going to an anime convention next year's february, and I will require a Hilbert Jacket as shown here for my costume. I stumbled upon here and I am confused about the sentence: ''Cosplay.com.hk offer free shipping to Hong Kong.'' Does this mean teh free shipping is only for Hong Kong, or is it free shipping, no matter where you live? Thanks already.
