Hello Kevin, if you only buy this accessory, you can use glue or we can add a safety pin for you. When you order it, please write it in remark box (in order form), and our tailor will adjust it for you. n_n

*Remark message like 'I want ro add a safety pin at the back of it, so I can put it on my costume.'
