Would this be able to be made for female plus size and what would the time frame be?

Hello Bianca Ortiz, if the standard size isn't fit you well, please simply select the 'custom size'and fill up your exact body size, and our tailor will adjust the costume size to fit you. n_n

Hello Kimberly, if you order standard size now (about 6~7 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around late April.
