In the shipping and handling when I ordered it I still used free shipping because i didnt have enough. But I put in that I would need it before the 8th of feb just to make sure I got it on time and it said it still might not reach me in time. Will they take that i need it by a certain time into consideration? or will they totally disregard that because i didnt use faster shipping for this cosplay?
