Hello AJ, the three numbers are referring the Chest circumference, Waist circumference, and Hip circumference of the costume size, in inches. *For example, Female L (34.6/26.7/36.2) means the costume fits the body size of chest circumference 34.6 inches (about 88 cm), waist circumference 26.7 inches (about 68 cm), and hip circumference 36.2 inches (about 92 cm).
* 1 inch = 2.54 cm
