Hello Eloise, the processing time of costume is about 15-20 days, so even you use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days) , you can not get it within 12 days. n_n

Hello Chibi-ko, yes, we can tailor make the size for you. Please choose any standard size, and write down the custom size measurements (shoulder width, chest, waist, hip, outside leg, height, weight; in cm & kg) in remark box in order form. n_n
