Lovely product, though the color is dark grey, not pure black, as one might expect but that's only visible in bright light. Definitely needs a metallic comb. The hair feels very good to the touch.

Recieved wig and it came partially knotted over time it became worse what should I do? When I try to use a coupon code on this it won't work. Please help my con is comind up soon.
