Hello Dave, yes, for most of our costumes, we provide "Custom size" options.

You can simply select the 'custom size'and fill up your exact body size, and our tailor will adjust the costume size to fit you. n_n

Is there a way to have the dress a little long, so it cover the knees?

Hello Shouta, the dress length is proportion to the sizes, it will reaches around the middle part of the thighs when we stand up, but we can adjust the dress length for customers.If you'd like to change the dress length, please write it in remark box (in order form), and our tailor will adjust it for you.
