I was wondering if this costume came with stockings as I am not sure if in the picture its stockings or the arm things?

I just received this costume today. Its made of much nicer and sturdier material than other sites I've ordered from AND it comes with every single accessory. Its kind of straight, not accounting for my waistline, but that's the ONLY negative thing about it. Highly recommend.
