Hello, I see this includes cape, coat, and pants. Does it include the blue and gold sash and pendulums? Does it include the belts at his waist? Does it include his whip? His monocle? Do you have a drawing/sketch/rendering of exactly what the planned design will look like and what colors you will make it out of? I appreciate your help, Thanks so much, Kristina
