Quick question before I buy. Are you able to tell me if I buy this costume today. Would you think it can arrive before Halloween?

If you order it now (about 3 weeks to make the costume) and use the faster shipping method (Express, 7~15 days shipping time), it will reach you around the end of October. (n__n)
