i need this costume by july 5th, would it get to me on time even with a custom size? with free shipping

Hello sailormars, this costume need about 2-3 week s to make, for custom size, we need about extra 1-2 weeks to make it (excluding the shipping time). we afraid it unable reach by July 5th with free shipping.
