Just had a few questions... 1. Is the material stretchy like spandex or lycra? 2. Is it all one color or will it have the blue and black pattern as shown in the pictures? 3. Will the upper 1/2 have some sparkle as shown (rainbow colored sequins, rainbow metallic dots, or similar)? I don't mind adding jewels myself, in fact I'd prefer to cover it with swarovsky jewels than have sequins or dots. 4. I need it by the end of September and I'd like to custom size it.
