What is the style of the shirts under the coat? Do they have sleeves or not? Also is the coat connected in the middle by the black band or is that a separate belt?

Hello Haruka, their are 2 inside shirts, the black inside top is sleeveless, the blue one has a short sleeve. And the black band is separate. ^ ^
