I received the costume but it does not come with white lace at the bottom. May I know why since you mentioned below that it comes with the white lace?

Hello Kawayi, the white lace at the bottom is a pannier, the costume is including the dress, gloves, neck wear, haed wear, bow knots, the pannier isn't include. n_n
