Hello Karkittyharleybro, this wig is made of heat-resisting fiber, you can use tools which under 200 degree centigrade to style it. But we don’t recommend you change the style too much. If you want another style wig of this color and length, you can submit tickets to our Support Center and let my teammates help you directly. n_n

Hi. I have few questions. If I wanna change the details of the wig, which one should I do first, pay first or submit a ticket to the Support Center? 2nd, how long it takes to ship this wig to Malaysia?

Hello, you will need to submit a ticket to our Support Center first. For normal shipping, it will take about 25 business days to reach you after we ship the wig out.
