Hello Daki, should be okay. If you order it now (about 3-4 weeks making costume time) and use the faster shipping method (Express, 7-15 days shipping time), it will reach you around end of October. (n__n)

For this costume please choose express shipping method(7-15 days) or fastest shipping method(3-6 days) ,

If everything is smooth, it can reach you before February 23rd-25th, but we are still unable to 100% guaranteed the exact delivered date, hope you can understand.
