If I order this on September 4th, with custom measurements, would I get this before 10/31?

Hello Mira, should be yes, please choose to use the faster shipping method (Express, 7~15 days shipping time), and write down the date you need it in the remark box of the order form. (n__n)

I understand it takes time to make! But I ordered this on September 10th, and now it is September 24th ( you had this order for 14 days already.). Plus I paid an extra $33.00 to have it shipped 3to6 days when done! I'm tired of being told it takes 15 to 17 days ( as I said it was ordered 14 days ago, this should be done or close to it! Should I be expecting this the first week of October? With date I ordered and upgraded shipping charge, this is when it should be coming to me. I want it early to make sure fits properly( hopefully done with good quality work.). Please understand my frustration, as to I'm not getting any real answers from you.
