Hello Elizabeth, if you order standard size now (about 2-3 weeks making costume time) and use faster shipping method (Express, 7-15 days shipping time), it will reach you around end of November.

Hello! I'm very interested in the costume, but before I buy it I would like to know what the neck wear and arm bands will be made of, and if it's possible to get to my before April 28th. (It's February 16th and I'm in NYC) Please respond because I'm very very interested Thank you
