Hello Linda L, the time is very tight, we are afriad it is unable to reach you before Halloween if you order it now. (n__n)

*If you order it now (about 5~6 weeks making costume time) and use the faster shipping method (Express, 7~15 days shipping time), it will reach you around end of late November.
