We need ONE skirt to be 59 cm long and the other one to be 63 cm. Both of these costumes need to be black.

I need this costume in black fabric with white trim. We need the skirt to be longer; to the knee. 59 centimeters from natural waist. Please include the matching hat. I am ordering two of these costumes. Please make them look the same, but in different sizes. I need these costumes delivered to me by May 10th.
