Hello, you can use pannier to keep it up when you wearing this dress, and the dress length is reached ankle when you stand up.

*But the standard size is a little different, the dress length was based on your body height.

Hello, this costume will take about 1-2 weeks to make and 20-30 days by standard shipping, if you want a quicker shipping, extra shipping fee will be needed. And we have costume size in stock, if it fit with you, it can ship out soon, it will probably reach you around mid-November or late-November.
