Hi, I already ordered the costume but I just wanted to let you know i have quite a small neck, my neck is 29 cm and I wanted to make sure that the neck would not be too loose. I also am concerned about the shorts being to baggy in the thighs. My thigh measurment is 19-19.5 in or around 49-50 cm. Please kindly get back to me about the general fit of the costume.
