What color is the top and cape? I ask because another site made it in dark brown and it should be black. Also, are the white armbands/ribbons separated or are they together like shown in the picture?

how much is it in Philippine pesos? If i order it now, would you be able to deliver it before March 2 and can i pay through bank transfer?

Hello grace, if you order now, we are afraid it cannot reach you before 2nd March, as we need about 12-17 business days to make it and the fastest shipping (UPS) takes another 3-6 days to deliver the package, it will probably reach you around 10th March. The currency exchange rate is determined by our payment gateway (similar to market exchange rate). n_n
