1. Originally, the cosplay shoes are made by our tailor from reading the official cartoon pictures from comic, anime, game, or movie. After we receive the cartoon picture, our tailor will find the suitable fabric & select fabric colors with the customer. Once we made a pair of them, we will take & put the actual product photos in our website (which you see these product photos here).
2. Yes, you can choose the shoes size, and enter your foot width, we will make the shoes to fit your foot.
3. We cannot send photo or file here, so please submit ticket (with product link & request) to our Support Center and let my teammate helps you directly.
