Hai..may i ask what do you means by the length of the skirt and how big can the pannier expand..can you tell me the length of the thing that goes around our waist because i am scared that the size is too small for me..thx

Hello, waist is about 50-100 cm, skirt length is from waist to the bottom of skirt, hip size is about 120 cm. ^^
