could I get this item within 9 days if I payed extra for express shipping?

Hello kimberley bainbridge,this costume needs about 12-17 business days for us to prepare it,excluding the shipping time.If you order standard size now and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around early August. n_n
