For this costume, our tailor will need about 4 weeks to make the costume, while the Express shipping will take another 7~15 days to deliver your parcel after we shipped it out, so it will reach you around early November.

We will try our best to hurry up making costume time, but we are unable to guarantee the exact delivered date, hope you understand. (n__n)
