Hello Jazmen, we are sorry that the time is too tight. If you order it now, it is unable to reach you by 21st October.

*If you order it now (about 3~4 weeks making costume time) and use the faster shipping method (Express, 7~15 days shipping time), it will reach you around mid-november.
