Hello Ben, we provide both standard size (check the "Size Chart" under the price information) and custom size (choose "Custom size", the size form will be shown), please check.  (n__n)

*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about extra 1 week to make it (excluding the shipping time).

Does this costume come with Tenryuu's head bobbles?

Hello Ben, the actual costume is just same as the photo shown; Tenryuu's head bobbles are included, the material is polyester.
