Hello, I am looking for this costume for my boyfriend - he is 6ft3 and is really skinny, is there any way I can get it 'custom' made so the dress won't be super baggy on him? Thank you!

Hello, I am interested in this cosplay, but I am really confused about the belt, it has something I can't describe right in the center of the rupee, what is it? Why is it there? Also I believe that the hat/hood does not have bunny teeth. I would appreciate a reply soon, thanks in advance!
