Hello Victor, This item takes 12-17 business days to be processed (shipping time not yet included). We include free shipping ( HongKong Post, 20-30 days shipping time ) worldwide, you can pay extra cost to change faster shipping method (UPS). If you order now, and choose the fastest shipping method (UPS), it probably can reach you around the 2nd week of November. Sorry to say it can't reach you before October 31. n_n
