I was wondering if I ordered the Fenrys cosplay in a male size would it still be a dress?

Hello Monique, yes, the design, colors & materials for both female & male costumes are just the same, but the size standards will be different. n_n

*If the body proportion is out of average range, then the costume proportion may be affected. :)
