Hellow, wanted to ask what the difference between the two pictures are. Is the skirt going to float like on the picture with the Three Mannekins? Or rather falling like the second picture?

Hey! I'm 5'2" and I was wondering where the skirt of the dress will lang on me? and if i want it shorter how should i explain how short i want it? I would like to have it around mid thigh while standing, super short but long enough to cover everything so as to not be indecent.
