I'm a pretty tall guy. Instead of ordering this from the drop-down menu, could I just take my measurements and send it in, just so I know it'll be proper size?

Hello! Is there anyway that I can get the pants and the neck accessory to look like Konoha's? I want the pants to be the color of the Konoha's cosplay pants and the neck thing to be like his as well. ((Many pictures show Kuroha looking just like Konoha but with the black shirt and I would prefer that a lot more.))
