I don't get it, why does it only come with scarf skirt and gloves if you advertise the top, and the headwear :/. I'm not sure I'd order it if it only came with the skirt scarf and gloves.

Hello Kaitlyn, the actual costume is just same as the photo shown, the items shown in our photos are all included (e.g. head-wear, ribbons, top & skirt, gloves, scarf, sleeves).  (n__n)
